answer-according to consumer protection act,1986 - A consumer is a person who buys or hires and goods or services for a consideration.
therefore you should write the definition first and then  tell  which good or service you have hired and from where which will show that you fit in the above definition of consumer in the eyes of the law.


2.is the company in question is liable to pay compensation for your loss ?



answer-according to consumer protection act,1986 any entity engaging in unlawful trade activities is liable to pay compensation to the consumer.here unlawful trade practiCe is defined as -a trade practice which, for the purpose of promoting the sale, use or supply of any goods or for the provision of any service, adopts any unfair method or unfair or deceptive practice.

NOTE-   you can further put important points of your case which supports your argument and prove that the company is question is responsible of your loss.further you can request court to ask the company in question to provide proofs if it is having monopoly over the information.just write in the question manner that if the company is liable for proofs (same as above)

and then answer that the company is having monopoly over the information,evidences as such they should be asked to provide the required document or something else.
